Hanting Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui Dongfang Road

Unfortunately because the hotel said they had not recieved my booking, I had to pay a third more for my stay and was given an inferior room with no window. This meant I did not have a positive stay here, the staff said it happens all the time if you are from outside China so I would not recommend you book through booking.com as it dosent seem to connect with their system. The staff were pleasant but seemed to be unable to do anything much about it, and even though I claimed the difference through booking.com they have not responded either
